Our cuisine alternates with skill between tradition and innovation, a perfect combination that marries the places where the restaurant is located.

Our traditional dishes, characterized by slow cooking and the seasonality of the products, distinguish themselves by a timeless taste that is enriched thanks to fresh, quality ingredients almost exclusively of our production.

From the controlled origin of all our ingredients to the indispensable pleasure for the art of cooking: from the first day, attention has been paid to the authenticity and safeguarding of the excellence of our territory. A heritage of flavors, raw materials and processes that make up our culture and tradition.

The philosophy and guiding thread of our cuisine are the traceability of each product, the craftsmanship with which they are treated, simplicity and respect for quality and freshness: all characteristics now forgotten and supplanted by the logic of large-scale economy.

We, however, are waiting for you in our small restaurant, located inside the old stables, which offers a culinary journey, consisting of a tasting menu based on seasonality, on the typicality of the products, on detoxification from industrial foods for a balanced and aimed at wellness, on natural seasonings and strictly on express cooking that preserve the nutritional qualities of the product.

Our cuisine therefore has its roots in the land, understood as the seasonality and territoriality of the products: unrefined flours, vegetables from our garden, meat, eggs, oil and wine of our own production, relationships of trust with the producers of the area.

At the center of our kitchen, fire, intended as an ancient cooking method and obtained from different types of wood, characterizes the product making it unique. The cooking techniques reflect the recipes inherited from the grandmothers but revisited by the young grandchildren.

In summer you can dine outdoors enjoying the suggestive panorama, the terrace created in the ancient pigsty: you will be surrounded by an atmosphere made of conviviality, sharing and rediscovering the pleasures of the table, immersed in the tranquility and quiet of the ancient village.
