Every day we'll delight you with a choice of Umbrian specialties: Chianina roast veal, lamb, Cinta wild boar, game, mushrooms, truffles - all this together with the flavor of the extraordinary olive oil made in our own olive press, pasta and every sort of home made cakes. We'll vouch that you won't want the meal to end!
In the summer you can enjoying your dinner 'al fresco' on our wonderful open terrace fashioned from the old farmyard, looking down on the beautiful surrounding countryside.
If you want to prepare these meals for yourself, it's fun to join our one-day Umbria cooking classes, given by Umbria Cooks 4U. Our hotel restaurant brings in highly qualified and long experienced teachers who will show you how to cook typical Umbrian dishes.
